CvilleBets is a subscription-based tool that helps users track sportsbook promotions, calculate hedge bets, compare live odds, and monitor betting profit and loss. The Service provides informational and analytical tools only.
CvilleBets does not facilitate gambling, accept wagers, or operate as a sportsbook. All bets are placed by users directly through third-party sportsbooks.
You must be at least 21 years of age to use this Service. By using CvilleBets, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that sports betting is legal in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of any sportsbook complies with local, state, and federal laws.
CvilleBets provides hedging calculators and informational tools. Nothing on the Service constitutes gambling advice, financial advice, or a guarantee of profit. All strategies involve real money and carry inherent risk. Past results shown are for illustrative purposes only and do not guarantee future outcomes.
You acknowledge that you use the Service and any betting strategies at your own risk.
Access to the Service requires a paid subscription billed weekly through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time, with reasonable notice provided to existing subscribers.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account with others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that odds data will be accurate or up to date at all times. Odds data is sourced from third-party APIs and may not reflect real-time market conditions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CvilleBets and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any financial losses incurred through betting activities.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the effective date above when changes are made.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Virginia, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
