When you create an account, we collect your name (optional), email address, and a hashed password. We never store your password in plain text.

When you use the app, we store the data you enter: bets, promotions, bankroll amounts, and any notes you add. This data is associated with your account and is only visible to you.

For billing, we use Stripe. We do not store your card number or payment details — those are held securely by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status only.

2. How we use your data

• To provide and maintain the service
• To process your subscription via Stripe
• To send transactional emails (e.g. account-related notices) if applicable
• We do not sell your data to third parties
• We do not use your data for advertising

3. Data storage

Your data is stored in a secured cloud database. We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.

4. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services:

• Stripe — payment processing. Their privacy policy applies to billing data.
• Vercel — hosting and infrastructure.
• The Odds API / SportsGameOdds — live odds data. No personal data is shared with these services.

5. Your rights

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. You can also export or request a copy of your data.

6. Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

7. Changes

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
